So I think I'm kind of...done with this journal. At least for now. I'm just not feeling it much these days. Nothing in particular, wank or anything, just...eh. Not feeling it, fannishly; further, I'm looking at a couple of career options, after graduation, that require a lot more separation between my on- and off-line lives than I've had.

I haven't left fandom by any means -- I'm still following things, and have been all the time I've been delinquent in posting. Nor am I deleting this journal -- I haven't backed it up, for one thing -- but I don't know if/when I'll be using it much again.

(Also: Live Free Or Die Hard = AWESOME. Just some parting words until I see y'all again.)

Hi, I don't know if you remember me or [info]capslock_btvs. I am the community maintainer and I made you a mod about a year ago and am now cleaning up the community/doing some reorganization. Since you've decided to go inactive, I was wondering if you were still interested in being a mod. No offense and nothing personal, but I am thinking about handing over your mod position to someone else who is more active in the comm.

The hiatus is mostly...some days it works better than others, heh. I'm usually around reading, but I have absolutely nothing to say.

Also, the amount of time I spend reading [info]stupid_free is probably unhealthy and is ruining my faith in humanity.

Hi. I've looked all over the entire bloody internet for "Assistant Librarian" but all the links on all the sites where it was seem to be broken. Every rec says it's a definitive Buffy/Giles fic, and now I sort of have it in my head that I have to read it. So... please, could you maybe send me a link? I'd be very happy. Thanks.

Hello. I'm sorry for the OT post, but I'm not sure where else to ask.
Do you by any chance know who the author was for "Dreams (Island of)", written for the first [info]3_ships challenge, and if I can find it anywhere without having to use the Wayback Machine? I've already asked at [info]pirate_hunters and the current mod of [info]3_ships, and they couldn't help. Thank you.
